1.- Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you of any unusual delays.

We currently offer shipping to the following regions and countries:

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Asia: Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

North America: United States, Canada, Mexico

Caribbean and Central America: Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Martinique, Montserrat, Nicaragua, Panama, Sint Maarten, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands

Please note that delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on the destination.

3.- Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your items, the shipping destination, and the selected delivery method. All applicable fees will be displayed before you confirm your order.

4.- Estimated Delivery Times

UPS Worldwide Saver: 2 to 5 business days

UPS Worldwide Expedited: 4 to 7 business days

UPS Worldwide Express: 1 to 3 business days

Please note: These delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance or unexpected delays.

5.- Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the UPS website.

6.- Delivery Issues

Incorrect or incomplete address: Jeph Design is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Please ensure your address is accurate before finalizing your order.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately at contact@jephdesign.com. We will investigate the issue and follow up with the carrier.

7.- Customs and Import Taxes

For shipments to countries outside the United States, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by local authorities upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Jeph Design is not responsible for any additional customs fees.
