At Jeph Design, each creation is made with care and intention. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
- The item must not be personalized (engraved or custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective)
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Personalized or engraved products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@jephdesign.com with:
- Your name and order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect
We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
5. Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
7. Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for non-personalized items. To request an exchange, please follow the same steps as a return.
